As the Office and Experience Coordinator at Machina Labs you’ll be responsible for the organization, coordination, and administration of office procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety as well as the planning and execution of employee experience events to promote engagement and community. You’re an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Essential Functions
Provide general office support: maintain files, order supplies, greet guests, enforce ITAR policy’s, answer phones, organize and prioritize projects and activities.
Serve as the point person for request such as office maintenance and safety. and communication with the landlord, mailings, managing correspondence, running errands, etc.
