Description

Justt is a leader in the chargeback automation industry, providing hands-free solutions to help merchants reclaim their revenue. Our innovative AI-driven platform addresses payment disputes efficiently and accurately, allowing our clients to focus on their core business activities. We are a forward-thinking company that values innovation, responsibility, and fairness.

We're looking for someone to join our People team to own our office operations and take part in employee experience initiatives across our global footprint, a role that blends logistics, heart, culture, and creativity. Be the magic maker of everyday work life at Justt.

You'll be the person who makes our global offices into a place people want to be and makes sure our team feels supported, engaged, and excited. From the moment someone joins Justt to celebrate moments that matter, you'll craft meaningful experiences that make people feel valued and connected. You'll design everything from onboarding experiences that welcome new team members to company events that bring our global community together, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our culture and values.

What You'll Do

  • Own daily office operations in TLV: supplies, space, vendors, vibe, and everything in between while supporting our global offices in NY and London.
  • Shape employee experience globally: from happy hours, global celebrations, and offsites to remote engagement and personal milestones.
  • Coordinate business travel: flights, hotels, itineraries and budgets,  across teams and time zones.
  • Be the go-to person: for people, culture, questions, and connections.
  • Initiate and execute programs that improve the day-to-day workplace experience and positively impact employee engagement, connection, and well-being.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role at a startup or high-tech company.
  • Full professional English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational skills.
  • Creativity, ownership mindset, and a passion for people.
  • Independent work and project management capabilities.
