About the role:

Together.ai is looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our people team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while fostering a productive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing administrative functions, office logistics, and supporting company leadership. You will get to partner closely with the people operations partner to develop and execute on a variety of projects to enhance our workplace experience and process. We are looking for a team player who can live our vision and is eager to develop their people skills at one of the most exciting, competitive, research-driven companies in AI! 

Requirements:

• 2 - 4+ years in workplace experience, office management or operations logistics, preferably in a fast-growing tech or AI startup.
• Must be able to be in person in our SF office 5-days per week.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Culture-driven with a passion for creating an innovative and inclusive work environment.
• Customer service orientation to ensure a positive office experience.
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.
• Empathetic and able to handle employee needs and concerns with care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and efficient workspace.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, building management and facilities teams.
• Manage office amenities, snacks, and lunch programs.
• Assist in organizing team events, both in office and offsite.
• Partner with the recruiting team to ensure seamless hand off from hire to onboarding. 
• Partner with IT to optimize tech resources for in-office and remote teams.
• Assist in planning for office expansions as the company grows.
• Ensure a top-tier experience for visitors, investors, and partners visiting the office.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Assist with HR and People Ops tasks.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $100,000-$130,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
