About the Client A prestigious Montreal-based luxury furniture retailer with over 50 years of experience is expanding their operations. With a 35,000-square-foot showroom featuring high-end furniture brands, they're known for exceptional customer service and quality products. Currently experiencing growth, they're seeking to modernize their operations through automation and AI implementation.
Why does this role exist? As the company expands with a new store opening, there's a critical need to streamline operations and implement efficient systems. This role addresses critical business challenges including time constraints, operational organization, and scalability limitations as the company expands. The position will be instrumental in setting up and managing automation processes through Odoo CRM and AI tools, focusing on accounting and marketing automation to support scalable growth while maintaining the company's high standards of service excellence.
The Impact you’ll make
Systems Implementation & Management
Configure and optimize the Odoo CRM system
Integrate AI tools with existing business processes
Maintain and troubleshoot system operations
Process Automation
Develop and implement accounting automation solutions
Create marketing automation workflows
Design and implement automated customer communication systems
Business Operations Enhancement
Review and improve existing SOPs
Create documentation for automated processes
Train team members on new systems and procedures
Performance Optimization
Monitor system efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze automation metrics and provide optimization recommendations
Implement continuous improvement strategies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
Proven experience with Odoo CRM implementation and management
Demonstrated success in implementing AI-driven automation solutions
Specific experience with AI tools for business operations and systematization
Experience in retail operations systems and processes
Track record of developing and improving SOPs
Background in business process automation
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
