Job Title: OD Specialist
Scope: You will oversee key HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement while guiding organizational development initiatives such as skill-building and succession planning. Their work ensures that all HR practices align with the company’s strategic goals, fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management & KPI Tracking:
- Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, ensuring KPIs are clearly defined, monitored, and regularly reviewed.
- Guide managers and employees through performance evaluation processes, providing training and support where necessary.
- Utilize performance data and trends to recommend improvements, recognize high performers, and address performance gaps.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Support organizational design and structural improvements in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and propose targeted training programs and workshops.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement succession planning, talent pipelines, and other OD initiatives.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement:
- Assist with the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal HR policies.
Strategic HR Projects:
- Contribute to the development of long-term HR strategies that enhance organizational culture and drive performance.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, provide benchmarking insights, and recommend enhancements to current HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in change management efforts, helping employees adapt to organizational transitions smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferably from a top-tier university (e.g., GUC, AUC, BUE).
- Approximately 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure to KPI setting, performance management, and OD initiatives.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
