Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled o9 Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with the o9 planning platform and its implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver tailored solutions within the o9 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and customize o9 modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower, to meet specific business requirements.
• Leverage IBPL (o9’s scripting language) to build and optimize solutions.
• Provide expertise on o9’s platform architecture, ensuring best practices in design and deployment.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging o9’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of o9 solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring o9 solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in IBPL, the o9 scripting language.
• Deep understanding of o9’s platform architecture and its configurability.
• Experience with o9 modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with data integration and APIs within the o9 platform.
• Certification in o9 solutions is a plus.
