About the Role

An excellent opportunity for an entry-level development position in a growing tech company.

As an entry-level No-Code & AI Automation Associate, you’ll optimize workflows and implement AI-driven automation using tools like OpenAI, n8n, Make.com, Retool, Airtable, and more.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You’ll analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity. Rather than following instructions, you’ll design and implement systems.

• This is an entry-level role for those passionate about the new wave of AI, with some self-taught experience in AI or automation tools and a strong motivation to learn more.
• You’re a thoughtful problem solver. When you see a problem, you ensure you completely understand the context and then work towards a clean solution.
• You excel at working independently and with a team and are comfortable asking for help when needed.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity - you don’t need all the answers, but you know how to find them.
• Self-learner who enjoys experimenting with tools and troubleshooting challenges.
• You’ve experimented with AI, automation, or no-code tools out of curiosity.
• You have strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis and automation tools.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (n8n, ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini).
• Familiarity with no-code platforms (Make.com, Airtable, ClickUp, Jotform, Softr).
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data automation.
• Experience with low-code tools (Retool) or data tools (Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools).
• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges between $65,000-$72,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Exceptions to the proposed salary may apply based on various factors. In addition, we offer a range of additional benefits that will be detailed during the interview process.
