Vectra is looking for MSSP Account Representatives in North America to lead our efforts with the MSSP partner community. The MSSP reps will be responsible for driving sales and growing the customer base for our managed security services. You will act as the primary point of contact between the company and our clients, working to understand their security needs, help build embedded service solutions, and offer assistance with GTM strategy associated with partners' branded services in the market. Your goal will be to generate new business opportunities, champion client relationships, and achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer service!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Expand Vectra’s MSSP sales strategy from the ground up; assess existing partner programs and develop new partner relationships - with the goal to drive high leverage net new revenue streams
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end channel GTM strategy, including MSSP recruitment and partner readiness
  • Build a clear vision for the team and broader organization by building a detailed, well-defined strategy and execution plan aligned to the fiscal year priorities and revenue growth targets
  • Define the operational plan for the MSSP business, inclusive of systems, processes, and people
  • Assist in crafting and running MSSP workshops with potential partner prospects
  • Work closely across Marketing, Sales, BD, and Product to drive a proactive cross-functional strategy and to advocate and influence Partner needs
  • Understand our partners’ businesses and develop strategies and incentives to make them more profitable through our partnership
  • Coordinate and conduct sales and technical training for partners
  • Work with our internal services leadership to define an approach for scale through other delivery and knowledge partners
  • Help build America’s MSSP strategy and coverage plan

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated multifaceted channel leadership experience across a variety of partner types
  • Proven experience building and managing MSSP’s programs and partnerships
  • Demonstrable track record of success in worldwide partner strategic planning, owning and delivering on sales targets
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members
  • Record of recruiting, inspiring, and enabling the success of top talent
  • Ability to understand new business models and grow an MSSP organization from an early stage onwards
