About the role:
Roots Automation is seeking experienced Data Entry Professionals to handle general data entry: validation, re-processing, audit; and other administrative tasks. We are looking for individuals that are able to deliver with high accuracy and quality.
As a startup, Roots offers a high-paced environment with ample growth and learning opportunities across multiple disciplines. The role will have direct interaction with our development team, infrastructure team (Automation & Cloud), and senior management. This role will perform general administrative services such as data entry, review, correction of data, as well as play a key role into feeding our machine learning algorithms.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
· Review source documents for data input
· Check accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination
· Verify output against control totals, review format and accuracy of documents
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in general data entry
· Excellent written communication skills
· Preferred: Experience working with healthcare and medical forms
· Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work
· Able to Identify problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations
· Able to assess situations using standard procedures and make sound decisions
· Able to perform routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision
Schedule: 4AM – 12PM or 10PM – 6AM MNL, Philippine Holidays
