About the job

We are looking for motivated Machine Learning Researcher/Engineers to join this effort. The primary responsibility of the role is to contribute to the design and development of machine learning systems for protein related problems.

Requirements

Day-to-day

• Research, design, and code efficient ML methods.
• Write good quality, maintainable, and documented code.
• Contribute to documentation and tests.
• Run performance experiments, investigate and resolve issues.
• Take responsibility proactively.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of deep learning framework: PyTorch/JAX/TensorFlow
• Knowledge of ML methods and state-of-the-art NN architectures.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and developing scalable ML models.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building distributed or multi-threaded systems.
• Familiarity with computer architecture (CPU/memory)
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
