Lucida AI, a leader in AI-driven technology solutions, is seeking a talented Mid-Senior Backend Developer to join our innovative team. In this position, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs that support our web and mobile applications.

Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the scalability and performance of our backend services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize existing functionalities, and tackle complex technical challenges. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in [Uniq Hall, Maslak, Istanbul].

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified during testing.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on .NET or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of backend development concepts and software architecture.
• Proficient in C# programming language and the .NET framework.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
