We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Team. Quality Inspector Responsibilities - Perform regular quality assessments on all Component manufactured. - Ability to read mechanical drawings, specifications to understand the requirements of products and services. - Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications - Document the inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. - Conducting MRB/NCRB meeting for the component that failed to meet quality requirements. - Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. - Able to communicate quality control concerns to improve product excellence. - Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Quality Inspector Requirements - Diploma in Mechanical engineering - A minimum of 3-5years work experience in Aerospace industry in Quality role. - Knowledge of excel & word. - Good technical& analytical skills. - Strong understanding of quality control standard. - Able to prepare Quality Plan, Quality Inspection plan & do inspection as per the requirement provided. - Composite Knowledge is an added advantage.
