Job Description:
As a MEAN/MERN Stack Trainer , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on modern web development technologies, focusing on MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks. Your role will involve creating and enhancing training materials to provide an engaging and enriching learning experience. Leveraging your passion for technology, instructional skills, and content development expertise, you will prepare our learners for success in MEAN/MERN stack development.
Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 10 and above) or React (latest versions).
• Extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (or MySǪL/PostgreSǪL).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Familiarity with NoSǪL databases (MongoDB) and relational databases (MySǪL/PostgreSǪL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be open for PAN India Travel
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions tailored to learners at various skill levels, focusing on MEAN or MERN stack development.
2. ǪC Framework: Develop a Ǫuality Control framework to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, meeting client and learner expectations.
3. Mock Assessment Creation: Support the development of mock assessments by creating and updating materials such as course outlines, presentations, code examples and assignments. This includes ensuring that the mock assessments accurately reflect the learning objectives and provide a comprehensive evaluation of the trainees' understanding and skills.
4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in MEAN or MERN stack technologies to provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees.
5. Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues to deepen their understanding of Full Stack concepts.
6. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
7. Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and Content Developers to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the training program.
9. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback for reporting and ongoing improvements.
10.Technical Resource: Act as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees' inquiries and providing expert guidance on complex development topics related to MEAN/MERN stack
