Sr. Marketing Specialist - Data AI Campaigns

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity.

Salary: $61,000- $77,000 per year

The manager will be responsible for driving Go-to-Market strategy and campaign initiatives in support of Platform solutions. As a candidate for this role, you will have a proven track record of leading marketing and business development projects in high-tech companies, specifically understanding solution and services selling and an understanding of business models including networking, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, modern apps, and/or data and AI.  

Job Role and Responsibilities: 
 

The responsibilities of this role include working collaboratively with Insight’s sales, services and alliance organizations to support campaign programs that will drive services and product growth within our Platforms solutions portfolio. This role will be involved in collaboration and analysis with key stakeholders, supporting activities and pipeline acceleration, as well as executing programs that will be critical to organizational success. Will also work closely with key Insight strategic partners and other marketing teammates. The successful candidate will be a ‘Strategic Doer’ with great energy, initiative, and leadership qualities. This is a role that will help successfully accelerate results around an exciting solution offering from Insight. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work cross functionally to collaborate and partner with Sales, Services, Marketing teammates, and subject matter experts and teammates to design marketing campaign strategy, targeting, funnel projections, and segment and tactical execution. 

  • Support multiple aspects of campaign – including data and list management, tactical marketing execution, and timely completion of deliverables. 

  • Collect campaign reporting data via Salesforce and Power BI. 

  • Develop and measure program KPIs, assess campaign ROI & impact, and complete post-program reviews 

  • Execute multiple campaign tactics simultaneously, with heavy emphasis in platform solutions (including, cloud, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure) 

  • Work across the GTM teams in building and documenting key processes   

What we need /Desired qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or technology related.  

  • Minimum of 3 years of broad-based B-to-B marketing experience, experience in B2B technology preferred 

  • History working with networking, cloud, security, application, data & AI, or data center technologies and knowledge of IT hardware, software and services industry desired 

  • Strong revenue marketing background with experience in digital and offline marketing and the lifecycle of B2B campaigns  

  • Able to successfully execute campaign tactics and measurement for programs across multiple channels 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial insight, and strategic thinking skills 

  • Strong leadership presence, communication, and interpersonal skills 

  • High performer with track record of exceeding performance expectations and metrics 

  • Experience with marketing automation, and CRM systems

  • Meet the minimum qualifications and requirements of the position;
  • Have completed minimum service time in current role based on department (ranges from 6 months to 2 years) and have current manager approval.
    • For Account Executives, must be in role for at least 2 years and be a Level 2
    • For Client Fulfillment Center, must be in role for at least 6 months
    • Unless noted above, must be in role for at least 12 months
  • Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
  • Have satisfactory performance in their current position;
  • Have their current manager/supervisor recommendation
