Position Overview: 

The Integrated Marketing Effectiveness (IME) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated scientific algorithms, for which we are looking for a Marketing Analytics Consultant with the capability to work on client projects. If you are a problem solver with a curiosity for exploring new techniques and technologies in marketing space, then we would like to talk with you. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA): Consult, develop frameworks, and integrate insights to evaluate marketing channels, RMN effectiveness, and allocate budgets efficiently.  

  • Unified Marketing Measurement (UMM): Integrate MMM and MTA insights for a holistic view of marketing performance and strategy optimization. 

  • Experimentation/Test & Control/Incrementality:   

  • Cookie-less and Data Clean Rooms: Develop strategies and frameworks to optimize marketing performance in a cookie less environment using data clean rooms. 

  • Retail Media Analytics: Analyse retail media performance, including online and in-store campaigns, to maximize ROI and effectiveness. 

  • Data Aggregation & Harmonization: Consolidate and harmonize large datasets to support comprehensive measurement activities. 

  • Collaboration with SMEs: Work closely with SMEs (Engineering, BI, Other Capabilities) to understand dynamics and integrate feedback into measurement models. 

  • Analytical Tools & Techniques: Utilize advanced analytical tools and visualization techniques to enhance understanding of marketing & merchandise investments. 

Activities: 

  • Detailed Measurement Analyses: Conduct granular analyses to identify growth opportunities using MMM, MTA, and UMM methodologies. 

  • Tailored Analytical Outputs: Customize outputs according to business needs, considering product category and market nuances. 

  • Visualization and Reporting: Create visualizations and prepare drill-down analyses using Excel/PowerPoint to derive insights and communicate findings. 

  • Comprehensive Storylines: Develop coherent storylines from various analytical outputs to facilitate business comprehension and decision-making. 

  • Client communication 

  • Co-ordination with offshore team 

Qualifications:

Must

  • Proven expertise in Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and its application in marketing analytics.

  • Deep understanding of incrementality testing and controlled experiments

  • Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, regression modeling, and machine learning techniques

  • Strong background and ability to design and run A/B and multivariate testing for marketing campaigns, coupled with a strategic mindset to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth. 

  • Strong knowledge of incrementality testing and controlled experiments to isolate the effects of marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand the needs and translate them into actionable analytical and measurement solutions.

  • This role requires the ability to influence decision-making through actionable insights and help the organization maximize marketing ROI.

Good to have

  • Proficient in using marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

  • Experience with Retail Media Networks/MarTech/AdTech is nice to have.

Pay: 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $81,000 - $145,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. 

Benefits: 

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
