The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) expert to join our team. The candidate should have a deep understanding of MMM methodologies, statistical modeling, data analysis, interpretations and story boarding of the results to business users. and versed with hands on coding and deployment of solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven marketing decisions through the development and implementation of sophisticated MMM models. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of MMM executors, consultants and data scientists.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced MMM models to measure the impact of various marketing channels and tactics to Optimize ROI.
  • Perform primary & secondary research on target markets
  • Experience in working on industries such as CPG, FMCG, Consumer durables etc.,
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Manage multiple MMM projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MMM methodologies and tools.
  • Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and present insightful reports and presentations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, time series analysis, machine learning).
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau,Qlik, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Azure ADB/tech will be added benefit
