We already have several Tier1 customers for our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring product with several deployments in airports and rail stations. We have also several Tier1 customers for our Car Traffic Remote monitoring product, including BMW.
Context
The System Integration and Validation team belongs to the Engineering Organization and is responsible for activities related to the integration, validation and release of Outsight Software.The team defines how to characterize and test Outsight’s features and measure related performances in real-world situations.It is also responsible for developing and maintaining a validation infrastructure that runs automated tests and ensure a comprehensive test coverage of Outsight solution.Additionally, the team develops and maintains platforms used for adjacent activities and/or by other R&D teams such evaluation platform, annotation pipelines, etc… As our teams are expanding, we are looking for an experienced manager to drive the System Integration and Validation team.
What are the requirements for the role?
We are seeking a team manager with at least 10 years of experience capable of organizing and animating a cross-functional team of engineers.
The candidate shall be able to:
- Animate a team: take care of hiring, on-boarding, continuous activities, …- Define and enforce a solid SW integration, validation and release process- Oversee the specification, implementation and documentation of integration and validation test plans and procedures- Define clear responsibilities and deliverables for team members and maintain the corresponding schedule of deliveries- Ensure that SW releases are delivered in time with release notes, validation results, test reports and documentation
On top of its ability to drive a team, the candidates must have strong technical experience:
- Broad technical spectrum to correctly apprehend our validation and make sure it is properly integrated and validated- Experience of continuous integration, testing methodologies, testing tools and infrastructures- Experience of continuous integration, continuous deployment and release management- Experience of cloud services (AWS, …) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, …)
