We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager with people management experience and hands-on development skills. In this player-coach role, you will be responsible for managing a team of data scientists, while also working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that contribute to business growth. This role requires a strong analytical & statistical programming background and a passion for mentoring and growing teams.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $205,000.00 to $225,500.00 year

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
