This role forms a key part of our growing AI-enabled automation team, based in Sydney. As a Manager in the team, you will lead projects and deliverable streams across a diverse range of clients in the automation and AI space. You will be working in a truly collaborative team which understands that AI-enabled automation is bigger than just one tool set or idea, and you will lead and organise teams of varying size to deliver sophisticated design and innovative solutions to build a better working world for our clients.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in leading and delivering AI-enabled automation based projects within complex client environments.
• Proven leadership in solution design and project delivery in both waterfall and agile environments.
• The ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
• The ability to present solutions to clients, explaining technical details as well as demonstrating potential and delivered business value.
• Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements and process flows into solutions that can be implemented, exercising complex problem-solving skills and helping others to collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead complex client discussions.
• A passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.
• Experience in continuous integration, deployment, and project management
• Demonstrated passion for improving business processes and outcomes.
• Leading teams in the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives coupling improvements in process design, underlying datasets, technologies utilised and ways of working.
• Experience in AI enabled automation implementation delivery management, including the use of machine learning and AI/Generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, SS&C Blue Prism or orchestration software project delivery experience.
• Experience in project delivery utilising emerging technologies such as process intelligence toolsets, integration toolsets, Python, C#, Visual Basic, low code process configuration and design.
• Australian citizenship will enable you to obtain baseline security clearance which will expand the number of clients you will be able to work for.

Ideally, you will also have:

• A detailed understanding of automation and AI infrastructure for scaled technology deployment (SQL server configuration, virtual machine setup, networking, etc).
• Strong ambition to establish yourself as a leader in an organisation that will enable and support your development.
• The ability to inspire others and encourage the use of design thinking and AI enabled automation across our clients and project teams
• Experience with lean six sigma or process optimisation
• Exposure to machine learning capabilities including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform.
