What you will do

As a consultant based in our lovely Zurich office, you will work on strategic projects that shape the digital future of leading organisations across Europe. The role will be tailored to your skills and interests, but a passion for data strategy, AI, and digital transformation is essential. We work with a diverse range of clients, from global industry leaders to mid-sized enterprises, helping them unlock the potential of data and AI in their digital transformation journeys.

In this role, you will support clients in developing and executing strategies that drive business value through data and AI. The tasks will vary depending on the project but will include:

  • Advising clients on developing data strategies that align with business goals, focusing on governance, architecture, integration, analytics, monetisation, and ethics
  • Translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with measurable outcomes through road mapping, change management, and performance tracking
  • Designing and optimising operating models for digital organisations, focusing on structure, processes, talent, and technology stack
  • Crafting AI strategies to establish responsible and scalable use of AI technologies, focusing on use cases, technology selection, data readiness, governance, and ethical considerations
  • Defining technology architecture strategies that enable scalable and secure digital solutions, emphasising cloud, infrastructure, platforms, and integration
  • Creating digital transformation roadmaps that prioritise and sequence initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
  • Supporting innovation strategies by cultivating systematic approaches to ideation, experimentation, partnerships, and culture development
  • Preparing strategic communication and decision materials for senior management, highlighting opportunities for data-driven value creation
  • Project managing Data & AI initiatives, leveraging Implement or customer project management methodologies

What you will bring

We are looking for team-minded and empathetic individuals, preferably with 2-5 years of consulting experience or similar experience in a large enterprise environment. On top of that, you need to have:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Business & IT Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
  • A passion for data, analytics, and AI, with an interest in how these can drive business value
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel (primarily within the EU)
