We are seeking a strategic and visionary Machine Learning Manager who can lead a high-performing team and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning techniques, along with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and Scala. A strong grasp of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture is essential, coupled with a solid foundation in statistics and mathematics.

This role demands not only technical excellence but also strong leadership capabilities—including team mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic alignment—to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, production-grade ML solutions. The ability to define a clear ML vision, set priorities, and foster innovation within the team is critical. Experience with machine learning frameworks, MLOps, and MLaaS (Machine Learning as a Service) is highly desirable.

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

• 6+ years of proven experience in Machine Learning, including experience leading ML teams and delivering high-end solutions.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align machine learning initiatives with business goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java, and Scala.
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles.
• Excellent grasp of statistics and mathematics, critical for building robust ML models.
• Familiarity and practical experience with MLOps and MLaaS (Machine Learning as a Service) is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
