NDAX has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated student to join us as a Machine Learning Intern.

This role is an on-site job and we are looking for someone based in Calgary.

Requirements

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Must be in the 3rd or 4th year)
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow) and deep learning libraries (e.g., Keras, PyTorch)
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with cryptocurrency is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models
  • Conduct research and analysis on large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using machine learning techniques
  • Design and implement data pipelines and workflows
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports
