We are a venture-backed early-stage neurotech startup based in the Bay Area building brain-computer interfaces that can interpret language directly from brain signals. We are seeking talented Machine Learning Interns to join our team. The role will be in-person at our office/house in San Jose.

We are looking for candidates that possess a strong foundation in Python programming and have prior experience working with neural networks and language models. You will experiment with LLMs and explore approaches for learning mappings between brain signals and semantic spaces. The ideal candidate has strong experience with PyTorch and a willingness to learn about EEG signal processing. While experience with EEG data is highly desirable, we are also interested in candidates with backgrounds in time series modeling, computer vision, language models, or applied AI for embedded systems.
