Summary of job scope:

We seek a Machine Learning Engineering Paid Intern with a growth mindset who exhibits strong leadership skills, particularly in Entrepreneurship, Ownership & Accountability, and Networking & Partnerships. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional business teams employing agile ways of working to create business value and outcomes with data and Advanced Data Analytics. We offer flexibility in the duration and time allocation of the internship, which can be from 3, 6, or 9 months, and can accommodate part-time schedules while the candidate is pursuing their academic degree.

Primary Activities:

Provide Business Outcomes: Design innovative solutions leveraging analytical approaches and best practices, build prototypes, write code, and document processes to deliver actionable insights and business outcomes to stakeholders and management. Understand customer needs and align solutions to meet those needs.

Implement Technology Modernization: Apply modern technologies related to analytics, Machine Learning, and AI to enhance our company's processes and efficiency, demonstrating a customer-centric perspective in all technological implementations.

Drive Agile Delivery: Utilize agile methodologies to deliver business outcomes efficiently and productively, based on the principles of iteration and experimentation, while setting high standards for quality and performance.

Foster Global Collaboration: Establish and nurture effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and international communities, actively seeking opportunities to build relationships that advance work goals.

Lead Decision-Making: Leverage Data Science techniques and architectures to make informed decisions that solve critical business problems and achieve organizational goals. Take ownership of outcomes and encourage a culture of accountability.

Uphold Behavior Standards: Maintain robust behavior standards that promote collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing while setting an example of excellence for fellow team members.

- Graduated School Students currently pursuing degrees in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, (Pharmaco-)Epidemiology, or Pharmacy.

- Business level of English language proficiency.

- Explore knowledge of the pharmaceutical commercial business and its data sources (e.g., prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional data) while designing future ideal states of Data Analytics.
