👋What are our wishes: 

A Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on governance and controls for AI/ML workloads within Databricks, specifically with experience in agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing best practices for machine learning lifecycle management, data governance, and compliance in cloud environments, while effectively integrating agentic AI capabilities into MLOps processes.

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Databricks, with a solid understanding of agentic AI concepts and architectures.
• Governance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of data governance, model governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), particularly as they relate to autonomous systems.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services, including those that support agentic AI functionalities.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or R, with experience in developing agentic AI solutions.
• Data Engineering: Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Delta Lake) to support the data needs of agentic AI systems.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices for ML workflows, including those specific to agentic AI.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on governance, compliance, and agentic AI systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus.

• Architect Governance Frameworks: Design and implement governance frameworks for AI/ML projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, with a focus on agentic AI systems.
• Agentic AI Integration: Develop strategies for infusing agentic AI systems into MLOps workflows, enhancing automation, decision-making, and adaptability of AI models.
• Data Management: Establish best practices for data management, including data quality, lineage, and security within Databricks, ensuring that agentic AI systems have access to high-quality data.
• Model Lifecycle Management: Develop and enforce policies for model development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement, with particular attention to the unique requirements of agentic AI systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on governance practices and the integration of agentic AI capabilities.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for AI/ML models, particularly those leveraging agentic AI, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for governance processes, model documentation, and compliance requirements, including specific guidelines for agentic AI systems.
• Training and Awareness: Develop training programs to promote awareness of governance best practices and the responsible use of agentic AI among team members.
