Your main responsibilities:

• 🤖Deploying and managing machine learning models. You will build predictive models to enhance customer engagement through personalized email content.
• 🤝Collaborating with data teams. You’ll have a chance to work closely with our data engineering team to ensure efficient data collection, cleaning, and processing for model training.
• 🛠️Developing automated pipelines. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining pipelines for continuous data collection, model training, testing, and deployment using our proprietary CRM and tools like Amazon AWS.
• 📊Optimizing model performance. You will help our team to regularly update and refine models to improve predictive accuracy and operational efficiency.
• 📑Stakeholder engagement. It will also be important to produce reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to communicate insights to the marketing team, helping with all decision-making processes.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 🎓Proven experience in machine learning. Practical skills in building and deploying models, with a strong grasp of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
• 🔍Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle complex data sets and derive actionable insights from them.
• 🗃️Experience with big data technologies. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and database management.
• 📅Project management skills. Comfortable with agile development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• 🌐Fluent English. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international teams

BONUS: Although it’s not necessary, it is a strong plus if you have some background in e-mail marketing/ experience with e-mail service platforms.
