Master's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, with a focus on demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.3. Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques, including time series forecasting, regression, classification, and clustering.4. Familiarity with processing big data on cloud platforms (e.g. pyspark) and deploying machine learning models at scale.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering practical and impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.7. Experience in the e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain domain is a plus.8.
