Team Description:
The Brain Computer Interface team is responsible for delivering a product that gives people with paralysis the ability to control computers and phones with their minds at the same speed and functionality level as able-bodied people can. In this role you’ll work with neuroscientists, physicians, and software and electrical engineers to develop the next-generation human-ready Brain-Computer Interface (BCI).
We are hiring an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to develop novel neural decoders to increase control speed and accuracy, improve reliability, and expand functionality. You will play a critical role in guiding the team to develop cutting-edge machine learning solutions and driving the successful execution of projects to achieve mission critical goals.

California base salary range: $159,000—$309,000 USDFor Full-Time Employees, your compensation package will include two major components: salary and equity. Guidance on salary for this role will be determined according to the level at which you enter the organization, with the ability to gain more over time as you contribute.
