The Opportunity 
 

Incode is seeking a talented senior-level ML engineer with solid experience in computer vision and Python development. We are building world-class solutions for document analysis and risk assessment. You will improve document processing pipelines with new models and approaches, and you will be responsible for the corresponding ML microservices and data pipelines development. You will be working in an experienced, hard-working, and open-minded team of great engineers. We are looking for curious, driven, and hard-working candidates who want to be part of a culture of innovation and creativity that will revolutionize biometrics. 

 
Main Responsibilities

• Research and develop the new methods for document processing 
• Own related services and data pipelines 
• Monitor the performance to identify key problems. 
• Mentor less experienced peers 
• Deliver enduring value in terms of software and modeling artifacts

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Computer vision on industry-level projects
• Fluency in Python for development 
• Comprehensive knowledge in PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Creativity and curiosity for solving highly complex problems
• Bias to clean and structured code 
  
• Meticulousness with performance metrics 
• Fluency in English
