Your mission

• Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws
• Handle tax calculations, social security contributions, and deductions in accordance with legal requirements
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, employment contracts, and industry-specific financial policies
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including bonuses, benefits, and overtime calculations
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and ensure timely payments
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and financial statements for internal and external audits
• Stay up to date with changes in payroll tax laws, social security contributions, and wage regulations

Your profile

• 3+ years experience in payroll accounting (Lohnbuchhaltung) or finance
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, social security regulations, and labor law compliance
• Experience with payroll software (DATEV, SAP, Lexware, or similar)
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools

• Experience in payroll processing for defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
• Knowledge of export control-related labor law compliance (ITAR, EAR, BAFA regulations)
• Background in international payroll and cross-border employee compensation
