You develop (automation) solutions in small, self-managed teams by combining LLMs and software engineering
You optimize LLMs through fine-tuning, prompting, and RAG
You develop agent-based LLM workflows
You expertly develop, implement, test, and document your work—with the support of AI, of course
You are involved in the development process from conceptualization to deployment
You hold an outstanding Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
You possess comprehensive and current knowledge in the area of LLMs, and are familiar with the latest models, benchmarks, and frameworks
You have an in-depth technical understanding of transformer architecture
You have experience with RAG, prompting, hosting, and fine-tuning LLMs
You have excellent programming skills, adhere to best practices, and have successfully executed software projects
You effectively leverage AI for assistance, particularly in coding
You exhibit a high level of responsibility and are adept at identifying risks early
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with individuals from various professional backgrounds (both technical and non-technical)
