Being the most powerful data center company, shaping the future of compute and networking products, NVIDIA is looking for an LLM Data Analysis Tools Development Student to join our research group and be part of developing our analysis capabilities.
What you’ll be doing:
Build Analysis Tools: Design and implement tools for analyzing profiles and simulations of Large Language Models training and inference jobs, including detailed application breakdowns and interactive "what-if" modeling.
Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with experienced architects to align tools with project goals and ensure usability for a range of analyses.
Gain Practical Experience: Engage in applying these tools to real-world datasets, helping uncover insights that guide design and optimization decisions.
What we need to see:
Student for M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python; experience with visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly).
Problem-Solving Attitude : Ability to break down complex problems into actionable components.
Curiosity: A strong interest in AI and performance analysis.
Ways to stand out of the crowd:
Experience with large datasets and tools like Pandas or NumPy.
Familiarity with distributed AI/ML models and basic architectural concepts.
