👑 The Role:
Lead a cross-functional squad of three engineers, spending ~40% of your time hands-on in code. The rest will focus on both technical and people leadership—setting direction, mentoring, and enabling your team to thrive. Together, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable, elegant solutions that support Atheneum’s continued growth.

Expect the process to take 2–3 weeks, but we’re flexible and respect your schedule. It includes:
1. Initial exploration call (30 min) with a member of our tech recruitment team
2. Technical assessment (90 min) completed at your convenience
3. Three-stage interview:
• Culture and delivery discussion (30 min)
• Pair programming and whiteboarding (90 min)
• Behavioural and situational interview (60 min)
