What you'll do:
As mobile.de's Lead Product Manager, AI (d/f/m), you will:
1. Drive Our (Gen)AI Strategy
Develop our AI roadmap in close collaboration with product and technology teams that aligns with our goals and creates business value.
Lead the development and rollout of customer-facing GenAI products across the organisation.
Establish clear processes for prioritisation, transparency, and progress reporting to keep leadership and everyone else informed and engaged.
2. Accelerate GenAI Adoption and Impact
Make our product organization more effective in building AI-driven solutions, promoting a data-first approach.
Implement our GenAI productivity roadmap with key departments, facilitating PoCs and scaling winners.
Collaborate with analytics, data science, and data engineering teams as well as our Communication and Literacy team to make GenAI a core part of how we work.
3. Shape the Future of AI at mobile.de
Evolve the AI strategy to keep mobile.de ahead in this fast-changing field.
Promote GenAI by inspiring innovation, educating teams, and fostering a GenAI-focused community.
Who you are:
Proven Product/Program Management and AI Expertise
5+ years in a senior-level product or program management role, with a track record of delivering large-scale programs with measurable impact.
Experience building AI products and using data insights; hands-on experience with GenAI is a significant plus.
Experience with defining strategies for AI integration into products and operational processes.
Familiarity with GenAI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Strategic Change Leadership and Exceptional Communication Skills
Experience driving data-centric transformations, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.
Expertise in working in frameworks like Data Mesh or similar.
Strong experience aligning diverse stakeholders, leading workshops and facilitating company-wide collaboration.
Collaborative Mindset
Thrive in cross-functional environments, building relationships across product, engineering, analytics, and other teams.
Passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning.
Widespread GenAI adoption in product development and productivity.
Increased customer satisfaction and engagement through GenAI-powered features.
