Role overview

As our very first Lead People Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, influencing at the highest levels of the org, and co-building a high performing People function from its early beginnings.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the right-hand person to the Chief People Officer across all areas of the People function - you’ll play an instrumental leadership role with significant ownership
  • You’ll own all of People Business Partnership and Talent Development for our organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned teams on People-related matters, providing guidance and support on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
  • Drive business unit strategic planning to align People goals with overall business objectives
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and execs on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development
  • Own engagement survey action planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR/ People Business Partner role
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs that contribute to business success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • While the People team is mostly based in Lithuania, we prefer candidates located there.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
