Lead IT Collaboration Tools  

We are looking for Lead IT Collaborations Tools and Generative AI

The role 

We are seeking a technical expert to support our Future of Work (FoW) program. The ideal candidate will guide users from technology awareness to full adoption, providing tailored support and creating prompts based on user cases and needs. This role requires strong focus on user experience, previous technical skills on Collaboration tools and Generative Ai. And the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Main technologies related: ChatGPT, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power BI, Data Analytics and other collaboration Tools 

What you’ll do 

• Participate in the implementation of GenAI and Collaboration Tools within the organization. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of GenAI and Collaboration Tools. 

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the implementation of GenAI and Collaboration Tools. 

• Create and tailor GenAI prompts based on observed user cases. 

• Create Power BI Reports and analyze that to support data-driven strategy and identify next steps and opportunities. 

• Serve as the liaison for Collaboration Tools within the organization. 

• Facilitate training to end users on GenAi tools, to enhance their understanding and adoption of new technologies. 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, OR 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Consultant, or in Project Management. 

• 2+ years of experience with change management and driving the adoption of new technologies. 

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 and Collaboration Tools such as SharePoint, Viva Insights, Exchange, and Power BI. 

• Proven ability to create prompts based on user cases to transform ways of working by adopting Generative AI tools. 

• 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

• Experience in training and supporting users in adopting new technologies. 

Bonus Points If You:  

- 6+ months of experience utilizing Copilot for Microsoft 365 is preferred.
