Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of a high-profile tech and AI event in Qatar. This position offers a unique opportunity to connect industry leaders from technology, energy, and healthcare sectors with cutting-edge AI innovations. You’ll be tasked with identifying and engaging C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors from companies across the Middle East and beyond. Your work will directly impact the event’s success, aiming to attract 3,000+ physical attendees and 3,500+ registrations. This fast-paced role requires a blend of research skills, data management expertise, and a keen understanding of the tech landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Generate 500-1000 high-quality leads daily, focusing on senior executives in tech, oil and gas, banking, and other key industries
  • Research and compile accurate contact information for decision-makers in companies with 50-1000+ employees
  • Ensure data quality and relevance, matching leads to event themes and target audience profiles
  • Organize and format lead data for seamless integration with HubSpot CRM
  • Provide daily progress updates and analytics on lead generation efforts
  • Contribute to reaching the ambitious goal of 3,000+ physical attendees for the Qatar event




Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation, preferably in tech or events industries
  • Expert-level research skills with ability to uncover accurate contact details for high-level executives
  • Proficiency in data management and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet high-volume targets
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern business landscape is a significant advantage
  • Ability to align work hours with UK time zone (9 AM to 6 PM BST)
  • Passion for technology and AI trends, with ability to understand and communicate event value propositions
