Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, identifying and researching top-tier content creators in the tech, AI, and web development niches. Your work will directly impact the company’s visibility and partnerships in the digital space. You’ll leverage your research skills and industry knowledge to build a robust database of potential partners, analyzing their content and engagement metrics to uncover the most promising opportunities. This role offers a unique blend of tech savvy and strategic thinking, perfect for someone who loves staying on top of digital trends and has a knack for identifying influential voices in the online world.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to discover relevant content creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, focusing on tech, AI, and web development niches
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of high-potential creator leads, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Analyze creator content, audience engagement, and overall influence to assess partnership potential and fit with our client’s innovative product
  • Generate weekly reports on lead generation progress, providing valuable insights on creator trends and market opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the outreach team to refine lead criteria based on partnership success rates, continuously improving the quality of potential collaborations
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends in the creator economy and identifying new platforms or channels for potential partnerships

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the tech or digital marketing sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate social media platforms, with a particular focus on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess creator influence beyond just follower counts
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data management tools
  • Passion for technology and the creator economy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, part-time role
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI, web development tools, or SaaS products
