Position: Lead Data ScientistWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will guide the creation of data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Deep understanding of statistical analysis and advanced machine learning techniques.
Extensive experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Pandas, or similar.
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of leading successful data science projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
