Leadership Role – Supply Chain Analytics capabilities

Key Competencies:

  • Thought leadership in driving Supply Chain Digital transformation programs across multiple industry verticals.

  • Market facing leadership and driving GTM and outreach with the well-established capabilities.

  • Analytics Consulting and advisory expertise to Senior leadership & CSCOs to effectively influence and communicate across the Supply Chain organization.

  • Supply chain business process management to drive value through AIML interventions.

  • Collaborate with Capabilities team in driving new capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities for value creation through digital transformation within the Supply chain organization through an understanding of stakeholder business goals, current processes, constraints and develop roadmap and blueprints.

  • End to End ownership and management of Digital Solutions right from conceptualization phase till roll out.

  • Leading Requirement Finalization and Solution Strategy using Design Thinking process.

  • Develop strong relationships with CXOs and translate into digital trends ahead of the game.

  • Understanding of business requirements and map need states to the vision.

  • Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value.

  • Own and Lead Supply chain GTM & respond to RFx with support from team for compiling, consolidating, and analyzing data for various Supply Chain initiatives

Must-Have Experience:

  • Expertise across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, Manufacturing insights, Logistics and Procurement.

  • 10-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics consulting with a solid foundation in delivering cloud solutions, across the supply chain functions.

  • Program management experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale programs and overseeing product and project management efforts within a technical delivery context.

  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex project environments, managing multiple projects of significant complexity simultaneously, and achieving successful outcomes.

  • Deep understanding and practical application of Agile methodology within a hybrid project execution environment, tailored to cloud based solution architecture.

Pay: 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $306,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. 

Benefits: 

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
