What you will do

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract. You will:

• Oversee the quality of team data annotation efforts, QA and KPIs tracking & monitoring (productivity and quality)
• Train, coach and develop a team of Operations Specialists to ensure their QA of the AI’s output and annotation of training data is first class
• Work closely with our team in London to ensure quality is maintained consistently across their team
• Ensuring that insights are shared effectively across the company and closely integrated with all of Tractable's product development: technical training/standards alignment and labelling support
• Work across multiple projects at the same time
• Resource monitoring/management: allocate new tasks to specialists who have capacity
• Must be able to motivate, coach and connect with a team of varying roles, demographics and seniorities. With support from senior leaders, this person will take ownership of headcount and capacity within their areas
• Strong stakeholder management: comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different departments and challenging stakeholders of varying seniorities
• Accountable for performance in their region/function: must have strong analytical skills and Excel ability is a strong advantage
