About the team:

Our Partner Innovation Success and BTP/BDC/BAI Ecosystem team is focused on rolling out global strategies and programs to drive our partner ecosystem transformation to a cloud mindset and innovative trusted advisor to our customers, supporting them on their digital journey.

In order to SAP succeed in executing our corporate strategy of helping our customers throught their SAP Business Suite journey, our partners must first transform themselves and embrace our latest innovation and technologies, and critical elements are SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Business AI, aside of our Cloud ERPs.

Our customers are in the center of it and our partners are a crucial part to move our installed base and conquer Net Newt Customers with Rise with SAP and Growth with SAP, powered by those innovations, and also integrated with their own partner extensions.

Leveraging native cloud services and our AI Core with SAP Business Technology Platform is key to integrate and extend SAP portfolio, focusing on industry cloud solutions as a core to the applications suite to enable the case for cloud, thus our ecosystem must be fully prepared to extend SAP´s Intelligent suite embedded by SAP Business AI all across LAC. This is also a focus to the Partner Adoption Success team, which we work very close in the mission to transform our partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: LAC Partner SAP Business AI Head

Location: São Paulo – Brazil or Anywhere in LAC

Position Summary:

We are seeking a LAC Partner SAP Business AI Head to drive partner strategies and go-to-market initiatives for SAP Business AI. The role involves:

• Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partners across various partner motions. Collaborate with global and regional teams to design and implement joint go-to-market strategies.
• Demand Generation & Marketing: Execute demand generation strategies, prepare AI Discovery Workshops, and promote SAP Business AI portfolio through joint marketing activities.
• Evangelism & Enablement: Act as a key SAP Business AI evangelist, develop and run regional community calls, and drive global enablement strategy in the region.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor customer adoption, ensure AI dimension is included in regional reporting, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with AI stakeholders at key regional partners, and support partners in customer implementation and adoption of SAP Business AI.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, strategical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives to drive partner success and customer adoption of SAP Business AI. Someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.

We have clear global guidelines and programs that we roll-out to LAC region for the Next-Generation Partnering, but we also have a lot of flexibility to ideate and execute regional strategies, initiatives and programs that our region´s maturity growth demands.

For this position few requirements are:

• Proven at least 5-year experience in technology companies
• Knowledge of Partner Ecosystem dynamics
• Graduation in Business Administration with technology emphasis, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering; MBA desirable
• Be creative while very well structured
• Teamwork – capacity to work with multiple areas
• Ability to build and deliver results effectively
• Participation in multiple projects simultaneously
• Assertive and objective communication
• Influence key stakeholders
• Languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and advanced level for English.
• SAP Analytics Cloud, MS Office Excel, Power BI, other tools advanced proficiency
