Job Summary: The Experienced Associate KORE.AI Advanced Certified Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced conversational AI solutions using the KORE.AI platform. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of AI-driven technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Develop advanced conversational AI solutions using the KORE.AI platform.
Create and maintain complex conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogue rules.
Ensure seamless integration of chatbots with various backend systems and APIs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of chatbot solutions.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing of chatbots to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Debug and resolve issues, optimizing performance and user experience.
Maintenance and Improvement:
Monitor chatbot performance and user interactions to identify areas for improvement.
Implement updates and enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on using and managing KORE.AI solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to chatbot functionalities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in developing chatbots or virtual assistants, preferably using the KORE.AI platform.
Proven experience in integrating chatbots with backend systems and APIs.
Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
Certifications:
KORE.AI Advanced Developer Certification is required.
Additional certifications in AI, machine learning, or other chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other conversational AI platforms.
Prior experience in a senior or lead role within a development team is advantageous.
