If you are passionate about operational excellence and eager to work in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Get hands-on by organising and executing impactful conferences and events.Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success.Lead and manage multiple operational goals, ensuring timely and successful completion.Pioneer process improvements and automation, ensuring every workflow is efficient and effective.Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution delivery teams to align operations and ensure smooth transitions between departments.Support the implementation of Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategies, optimising tools and systems for peak performance.Engage with internal stakeholders through exceptional communication, building strong relationships within the organisation.Go beyond data entry to become a trusted resource for data integrity and operational excellence.Build and maintain the team's Notion workspaces, boosting productivity in collaboration with the BizOps team.Establish smooth internal and external reporting around all commercial KPIs.Create dashboards and reports based on data from all revenue teams, assisting the CRO in decision-making.
