Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Power Platform teams to integrate business logic into scalable solutions
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Participate in testing and user acceptance processes for new features and enhancements
  • Help maintain documentation for data models, processes, and user guides. Stay informed about updates in Microsoft Power Platform, AI tools, and data governance practices
  • Contribute to Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in the field of Data Analysis/Business Analysis/Technology
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization principles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about AI, AI ecosystems, emerging trends, and industry news
