By combining Agentic AI, business process digitization and no-code development in a single platform, teams can create AI apps in minutes to achieve 90%+ straight-through processing.With €11 million raised in a Series A funding round co-led by Red River West and Alpha Intelligence Capital, and the support of existing investors Lunar Ventures and Stride VC, we are accelerating our vision to become the go-to provider for AI-driven automation solutions across the globe.We're seeking a detail-oriented Annotator (no previous experience in this area needed) to join our R&D team for about 8 hours a week. This role offers flexible remote work arrangements. As our first dedicated annotator, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality training and benchmarking datasets for our agentic document processing system.Responsibilities:Annotate diverse business documents ranging from simple forms to complex contracts using our internal annotation toolsMaintain consistent high-quality standards in data annotationProvide feedback on annotation tools and processes to help improve our workflowsCollaborate directly with our R&D team to enhance our document processing solutionsDocument special cases and contribute to the refinement of annotation guidelinesParticipate in regular team discussions about annotation quality and processes
Your profile
Fluent English and German communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software toolsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to maintain focus during detail-oriented tasksStrong communication skills for remote collaborationAppreciated QualificationsAdditional language skills (particularly French or Arabic)Previous experience with data annotation or document processing is a plusBackground or interest in business, finance, or related fieldsPrior experience working in a remote environment
