As a Junior AI/ML Specialist in the IT AI Center of Excellence (IT AI CoE), you will support AI initiatives within the organization in cooperation with the IT Innovation and Technology team. Your role will be crucial in assisting the digital transformation and innovation strategy, using AI to enhance business processes, improve stakeholders engagement, and unlock new value streams. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of AI technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep track and maintain AI initiatives repository across the organization.
• Maintain of AI knowledge base about best practices, technology landscape, trainings, models, processes.
• Facilitate AI community across communication channels.
• Contribute to AI Governance activities
• Identify and test AI solutions offered by vendors and startups.
• Assist in designing and testing of AI solutions to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or experience in related field.
• General understanding of IT landscape
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Practical experience with GenAI tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute to projects.
• Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
