As a Junior Account Executive at AutogenAI, you are pivotal in accelerating our expansion within the APAC market, focusing on SMBs and mid-market. This role offers two paths: a stepping stone into full-cycle sales, or a platform to leverage your existing closing expertise. You will take a consultative approach to secure annual recurring revenue deals ranging from five to six figures. You will forge enduring relationships with key stakeholders, establishing AutogenAI as a trusted ally in their AI journey. Working with a senior AE, BDR and internal experts, you'll expand our market presence and ensure prospects become satisfied customers.

What You'll Be Responsible for:

·        Market Penetration: Target and acquire new accounts in your APAC territory, focusing on landing high-value deals to exceed your sales quotas.

·        Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline (5x target), guiding deals through the entire sales cycle with efficiency and accuracy.

·        Consultative Selling: Use storytelling and a consultative approach to identify customer pain points, positioning AutogenAI's solutions to complex buying committees.

·        Strategic Account Growth: Deep dive into account research to create and implement strategies for closing significant deals.

·        Executive Engagement: Build and maintain influential relationships with senior executives (VP to C-level), positioning AutogenAI as a strategic partner.

·        Qualification Precision: Pinpoint and validate customer requirements, ensuring our solutions match their needs to drive decision-making.

·        Team Collaboration: Work alongside Customer Success and SMEs for seamless customer onboarding, account growth, and sustained revenue.

·        Sales Forecasting: Keep CRM data current for accurate sales forecasting and strategic insights.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Team:

·        Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in mid-market or SME software sales, with a track record of high performance against quota. Ideal for high-performing SDRs who've consistently surpassed SQL targets and for JNR AEs looking for the next step.
