Qodo Gen is an AI-powered coding assistant and mentor that helps developers write, understand, test, and review code with their team. Through advanced tools for code generation, test workflows, and AI chat, we ensure developers produce high-quality code that functions as intended, with fewer bugs.

We’re looking for a high-performing Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Qodo. This role is ideal for a motivated SDR who is eager to take the next step in their career and transition into a closing role.

As a Junior AE, you’ll work closely with senior sales leadership, learning the full sales cycle and developing the skills needed to drive revenue. You’ll have a mix of self-generated and inbound opportunities, working to convert qualified leads into customers

Responsibilities:

• Manage and own the full sales cycle from discovery to close under the guidance of senior AEs
• Handle inbound and outbound opportunities, effectively qualifying and developing leads into sales conversations
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate Qodo.ai’s value proposition clearly
• Work collaboratively with the SDR team to refine outreach strategies and pipeline generation
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
• Learn and implement best practices in sales negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship to accelerate development

Requirements

• Current SDR with at least 1–2 years of experience in a SAAS B2B sales environment
• A strong desire to transition into a closing role and grow within Qodo.ai
• Proven ability to set and exceed meetings and pipeline targets in an SDR role
• Comfortable with discovery calls, objection handling, and consultative selling
• Highly coachable, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
