We are looking for a Jr User Acquisition Manager to join our team to be part of a mobile game for iOS and Android platforms in a new niche for people from the Tier-1 region.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
Planning, creating, managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns
Focus on data and creating daily/weekly cohorted reports
Ad budget management and eROAS target delivering
Work with the marketing art team to sync up creative strategies, creative tests and KPIs.
Manage the relations with ad network partners like Facebook, Unity, ironSource etc.
Managing and maintaining customer support channels
About you:
1 - 2 years of UA experience, primarily in mobile gaming
Basic working knowledge of key channels: Meta, AppLovin, Programmatic channels etc.
Comfortable with analyzing performance metrics like CPI, ROAS, and retention
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
Will be a plus:
High level of social skills for clear communication
Detail-oriented with a strong “hands-on mentality”
Result-oriented with a high level of commitment and owner mindset
